As a company that sells medical devices and welfare equipment and supplies, Caremax Corporation has many opportunities to come into contact with personal information and confidential information, and it is we’s social responsibility to appropriately handle such information. With regard to the protection of personal information that can identify an individual, We hereby declare that the following matters shall be set forth, implemented, and maintained.

When acquiring personal information, the purpose of use shall be specified as much as possible, and personal information shall be acquired to the extent necessary for the achievement of the purpose.
Personal information shall be used within the scope of the purpose of use. In addition, we will establish and implement procedures to take necessary measures in order not to use them for other purposes.
Personal information shall be appropriately acquired, used and provided for business operations.
The Company shall manage personal information in an accurate and up-to-date manner to the extent necessary in accordance with the purpose of use, and shall take reasonable safety measures against leakage, loss or damage of personal information, and shall endeavor to prevent and correct such information.

We will comply with applicable laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other norms concerning personal information.
